what? permission? I just found a topic on the BBS with someone asking where to find it, and then someone else gave a link to download the fla for it. do you need permission to use it?

That special preloader is only given out by the staff to only popular artists. It is not meant to be open for the general public. So sorry you cannot use that preloader unless you prove to the staff that you are a VERY VERY good animator (and by VERY good I mean you have ton win a lot of trophies).
i have seen other people worse at animation than me using it (also it's not a preloader, it's an intro), why not?
